Wedding and Special Event FAQs

A password protected web gallery will be posted by us for 90 days for your friends and family to preview some of the pictures of your event. Our wedding and special event package fee schedule, reprint fees and order forms are posted on our web site fees page for PDF download.

Reserving an Event Date
We have a three payment schedule for wedding and special event photography. A five hundred dollar non-refundable down payment will secure our services for your date. Seventy percent of the total is due by the event. The remaining thirty percent is due five months after the wedding or special event or when the finished album selections are made. We accept cash, checks, Discover, Master and Visa credit cards.

Your Events Image Turnaround
Preview albums are ready within sixty days from your event. You select the images for a finished album within one hundred and twenty days from the date you receive the preview album. Your finished album is completed and returned within one hundred and twenty days from the date we receive your finished album selections. Clients who fail to make finished album selections within one hundred and twenty days will pay a late fee of thirty dollars per month.

Image Rights
Franklin Tunis Photography retains the rights to forever use any photographic image we created of your events coverage for publication and display. Clients may not copy or reproduce images created by us in any way without the written permission of Franklin Tunis Photography. One year after delivery of the finished album, clients may have a copy of the digital image files for personal use if all orders from the event have been paid in full.

A La Carte Options
We realize some clients may not want a finished or preview album as is included in all our packages. I will do my best to work out a plan and fee quote for any needs on some dates.

Portrait Frequently Asked Questions

We do not use or provide paper proofs for portrait sessions.
Session fees plus tax are due in full at the time of sessions.
Reprint orders require a fifty percent deposit at order or full payment if using a credit card. We accept cash, checks, Discover, Master and Visa credit cards. No credit card orders under twenty five dollars. We also offer quantity specials and gift certificates.

Portrait Makeup And Clothing
Avoid shine with the exception of lips. Clothing should be comfortable and coordinated within the group or subject's outfit. Long sleeves usually look best on men. Removing lenses or eyeglasses for the session will eliminate glass glare. Generally, clothing in portraiture should not draw attention from the subjects face.

Clients may not copy or reproduce any portrait images created by us in any way without the written permission of Franklin Tunis Photography. Usage rights are granted for a fee in some situations where images are used commercially or for press release.

General Frequently Asked Questions

If overnight accommodations are needed for covering an out of town event or commercial job, a fee is quoted on the contract based on the travel needs.
